Ryan Wade Ferguson, 29, was booked into West Virginia Central Regional Jail at 6 p.m. on April for the misdemeanor charge of Domestic Battery, 220-M07M-00020. Bond has yet to be set.
William Thomas Abicht, 32, was booked on a second charge, (previous warrant) for the charge of Strangulation, Case Number 22-M07F-00016.
The previous charge listed yesterday of of Prohibited person with a firearm was a later charge, case Number 22-M07F-00099.
Abicht’s bond is set at $325,000.
