A long tradition of the Ridgeview family was to load the kids in the car and drive through out the community looking at everyone’s Christmas lights. Calhoun County Park has made that event much simpler but every bit as much fun with area business, individuals and school children creating displays throughout the park.
Students at Calhoun Middle High School stuck to a movie theme this year with a contest to see who could guess the 8 movies represented in their displays.
Park entry is by donation. Please support the park and the students by attending this beautiful display. And if you get pictures with a “real camera” tag the Ridgeview on Social Media so folks can enjoy better images. Between my camera and the rain these images don’t do it justice.
The light show will continue Saturday, December 10, Friday – December 16 and Saturday, December 17.
