Justin Rae Meadow, 36 years old, was arrested and incarcerated on the charges of Domestic Battery 2nd Offense and Domestic Assault 2nd offense, Misdemeanor case number 22-M07M-00147. He’s being held in the WV Central Regional Jail on $50,000 bond.

According to a complaint filed by former Sheriff Warren Basnett, on or about March 10, 2023, Eric Joseph Blake did take a three wheeler belonging to Joshua Parsons from where Josh had left it.
