SPENCER, WV – Route 33 Wrestling is set to launch its 2025 season with a must-see event on Saturday, March 1st, featuring the beginning of a brand-new championship tournament, high-profile matchups, and title defenses. The event will mark the unveiling of a brand new championship, with the tournament running from March through September and culminating in the crowning of its first-ever champion on September 6th.
The opening round on March 1st will feature two intense match-ups: Jordan Carlyle vs. John D Crazy Hillbilly, and “The Show Pony” Reese Ramone vs. The Unwilting Tatiana.
Beyond the tournament, the card is stacked with action, including a personal grudge match between former tag team partners Michael Anthony and the Jagermeister. Route 33 Wrestling newcomer Anton Bomani looks to make a dominant first impression against “The Babushka Baron” Jeffrey John, and Hero Napier returns to singles competition against JMD. The Rt33W Tag Team Championship will be defended by Grappling, Inc., and Gorgeous Morgan Taylor will put the Rt33W Open Weight Championship on the line, with their respective challengers to be announced in the coming weeks via the promotion’s official Facebook page.

Rt33W LIVE will take place at the Armory on Main Street in Spencer. Doors open at 6 PM, with the first bell at 7 PM. Route 33 Wrestling prides itself on providing family-friendly entertainment, with concessions and vendor tables available on-site.
Tickets are $15 at the door, with discounts available on Facebook and at Smoker Friendly on Ripley Road. A limited number of free kids’ tickets are also available at Smoker Friendly while supplies last.
