The Calhoun Middle High School Homecoming Theme for Wednesday was Cowboys vs. Hippies and the and it looked to be a tie in Burch family with two of each. Creativity continued not only in the school but with businesses as well vying for the Spirit Stick to be awarded on Friday for the best Spirit.

Karen Shreve advised that there is now water to Barkers Store and the valve to town will be opened shortly. Those still without water will be in Beatrice and homes toward Alfab.
