Carpenter Arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance
Tyler Ray Carpenter, age 26 was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance without a Prescription. His incarceration began on June 21, 2022 at the West Virginia Central Regional Jail where he is being held on a $3,000 bond in misdemeanor case number 22-M07M-25.
