State of the State Address to be in Writing due to Governor Testing Positive for COVID-19

UPDATE: 1/11/22CHARLESTON, WV – After announcing Tuesday evening that he has tested positive for COVID-19, Gov. Jim Justice’s State of the State address, scheduled for Wednesday, January 12, 2022, will be delivered by written message to the West Virginia Legislature to satisfy constitutional requirements.
