2023 Bootstrap Planning meeting on January 21 10:00 to 4:00. Lunch will be provided. Location will be confirmed. We have a lot to plan and a lot do discuss as we now have 6 projects. They are:
Recreational Development (Kyerstan Perkins/Eric Lupardus)
Farm to Table (Sandee Jeff Church)
Recovery Support (Aaron Spaur)
Business start up/scale up(Shelia Burch)
County Beautification (Lisa D’Ann Cooper)
Animal Shelter (Leader to be announced)
The agenda for the day will include the following:
Rising Tide Model Refresher
Key accomplishments fo 2022 (4 groups of 2022)
Funding pending/new opportunities
Break out workshops to identify 2023 goals/plans/timing
Final review of 2023 outlook
We will also likely invite some folks from Glenville State University who have interest in our we are approaching this work and engaging the community.
We would love to see over 100 people involved and participating in the workshop. Everyone is welcome. We need a broad spectrum of talent as you can see from the topics.
