The ”Littles” of the Royalty were announced at the Thursday evening Festival. The winners were chosen by students selected from each elementary school to raise funds for the festival, with money representing ”votes.” Each on the participants were given treats and a free night of rides with the royal winners also receiving a crown and sash for their title and the privilege of riding in Saturdays Grand Parade.
