The 64th Annual Mt Zion Ox Roast will be held at the Mt. Zion Community Park on Route 16 South Calhoun Highway.
Dinner will begin being served at 11 a.m. with entertainment and an auction at the end of event.

Calhoun County Courthouse closed Monday

The courthouse will be closed on Monday January 6th due to the impending Winter Storm. In a post on the social media page of the Calhoun County Commission, the commission stated “Our goal is to keep our awesome staff as safe as possible. Stay safe and warm, and reach out if you need anything.”
