Kelli Barr, Director of the E911 informed Ridgeview News at 8:15 a.m. that the West Fork is currently flooded and Rt. 16 south is closed. There is water running across the roadway near 1585 S. Calhoun Hwy and the water is continuing to rise in Arnoldsburg. Further updates will come when available.
