On Tuesday, November 1, from 1 PM to 6 PM, Workforce Development Board Mid-Ohio Valley will be partnering with Calhoun County Schools to showcase their virtual reality career exploration initiative: ‘Seeing Your Future Through a Different Lens’.

From 4:00-6:00 PM the community, students and parents are invited to come out and experience the Oculus VR and talk to the Trade representatives. Calhoun Gilmer Career Center Coyote Beautiful will be providing appetizers for the evening event. This virtual reality experience enables students to gain hands-on insight into various trades, enabling them to get a better grasp of potential career interests.

Calhoun EMS will be having a Trunk or Treat from 4:00-6:00 PM as well.
