In a criminal complaint filed in the Calhoun County Magistrate Court, Sr. Trooper J. D. Richards stated that on Saturday, September 7th, 2024 at approximately 7 p.m., Calhoun Control received a phone call that Dylan Little was at the address of his father “carrying on and would not leave.”
On that date Sr. Trooper Richards and Sheriff Graham Knight attempted to locate Dylan Little without success, leaving the scene at 9:40 p.m.
At 9:44 p.m. Calhoun Control received an addition phone call from the same location stating that Dylan Little was back at the property. The officers returned at 9:50 p.m. where they were informed that Dylan had came into the home of the victim and was “slamming and throwing his belonging and attempting to fight the victim.” After another extensive search, Dylan could not be located.
Again at 11:30 p.m. Calhoun Control received a third call from the victim stating that Dylan Little was across the road at his address. When the officers arrived on scene a very short time later they placed Dylan Little into custody and transported him to the West Virginia State Police for processing.
Mr. Little has been released from jail.
