Calhoun Middle High School had their first scrimmage against the Ravenswood Devils on Friday evening. Coach John Persinger said that the scrimmage went very well. There was not an official score but he stated t hat the team did well at 3 phases of the game. Offense, defense and special teams played well, we learned a lot and we’re ready to build on it. Several players did real well and everyone got good play time and experience. They’re feeling confident in the future of our season.
Calhoun Red Devils return to the field next Friday Night in their second scrimmage of the season in Webster Springs.
