Ridgeview News has it on very good authority that the meal served at the 1982 Foundation “A Taste of Spice” Event was second to none and could only be defined as exquisite! When I asked one of the attendees how their evening went, the response was ”Oh my!”
Attendees, by reservation only, were served at the newly built 1982 Foundation picnic venue an Italtian menu of Crudites, Ministrone, Ceasar Salad, Tuscan Flank Steak or Chicken Breast, Risotto and Panna Cotta; as well as a Greek menu of Kolokytho, Greek Salad, Chicken and Steak Kababs, Grecian Rice and Baklava.
Chefs were Robin Mersh and Dennis Spaur assisted by several 1982 Foundation volunteers.
