The Office of the Prosecuting Attorney will be filing an amended criminal complaint this morning to upgrade the charges against Bryan J. Duskey. Mr. Duskey recently wrecked a black Mitsubishi that near Sassafras.
The amended complaint will charge Mr. Duskey with Second Offense DUI, Second Offense Reckless Driving, and No Insurance.
