Ridgeview News spoke with Chris Lane, Owner of RLI Solutions of Clarksburg on Tuesday, September 3rd.
Mr. Lane who was raised in Calhoun County, now lives in the Clarksburg area, operating RLI Solutions, the contracted company in the building of the new Dollar General Market in Arnoldsburg, WV.
Mr. Lane was excited to inform Ridgeview that the tentative opening of the Dollar General Market is slated for Thursday, September 5th. The 12,500 square facility will provide fresh produce, meat, grocery and home goods to Calhoun residents.
Lane, who has been apart of the construction process of six Dollar General Store builds, stated that if it had not been for the consistent efforts of Eric Lupardus, the Dollar General Store may not have came to the Arnoldsburg area, and even so, without Eric’s pressure to make it a DG Market, it would have likely been a 10,000 square foot, store only.
”Eric pushed the conversation, sent the necessary information and demographics and never let the phone sit idle,” Lane said.
Lane was also enthusiastic about two other future endeavors that are currently in negotiation for the Arnoldsburg area that will provide jobs and opportunities to the citizens of Calhoun.
