The Celebration of West Virginia Concert to feature performances from award-winning
| CHARLESTON, WV – The West Virginia Prosperity Group announced that the recipients of Pandora’s Billionaires Plaque, The Marshall Tucker Band, and the Grammy-award winning band, Shenandoah, will perform at the Celebration of West Virginia Concert on Monday. The concert will take place at the Charleston Coliseum on January 13 at 5:30 PM, following the swearing-in, the inaugural parade, and other festivities.
