Betty Glo Kerby, 83, of Mt. Zion, WV went home to be with her Lord and Savior on June 11, 2023 at her residence.
She was born June 16, 1939 in Mt. Zion in Calhoun County, WV and was the daughter of the late Clarence and Ellenora O’Dell Little.
Betty was a caregiver and a member of Saint Paul United Methodist church and Walnut Grove Community Church. She was a choir director for the Calhoun County Community on Aging. Betty loved listening to 50s, 60s, gospel music and especially Elvis. She enjoyed painting, word searches, reading Amish books and talking on the phone to her family and friends.
Left behind to cherish her memory, is one sister, Sharon Vannoy of Parkersburg, WV; five brothers, Gail (Bernice) Little and Denver (Patricia) Little both of Parkersburg, Ronnie (Judy) Little of Keyser, WV, Donald (Patricia) Little of Sand Ridge, WV and Stanley (Tammy) Little of Millstone, WV; and many nieces and nephews that she loved like her own children. She will always be loved and missed by many.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Dale, Hale and Guy Little; and three loving husbands, Raymond Anderson, Harry Curry and Warren “Bud” Kerby.
Services will be 2:00 P.M. ~ Thursday, June 15, 2023 at Taylor-Vandale Funeral Home at 206 Beauty St. Spencer, WV 25276 with Pastor Clark Samples officiating. Burial will follow at St. Paul Cemetery in Calhoun County, WV. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service on Thursday.
