Brian Keith Burrows appeared before Judge Anita Harold Ashley on April 20, 2022 regarding a Motion to Revoke Probation. Having twice violated his probation conditions by once having a ”dirty drug screen” and second “being in the presence of convicted felons” Mr. Burrows had reached his limit of reprieve from Judge Ashley.
Although his Attorney attempted to make a case that his participation in Recovery Point, a drug rehab program, made him a candidate for continued probation, Judge Ashley informed him that Mr. Burrows had several chances in the past and she would not be offering another. His probation was revoked, with credit for time served of 300 days. He would continue to serve out the remainder of his sentence of 1-10 years imposed upon him at his original trial.
