All three Calhoun County Fire Stations, Grantsville, Arnoldsburg and Upper West Fork were dispatched by Calhoun Control and then later canceled mid route when the fire had seemingly gotten under control. Arnoldsburg VFD had made it to scene. According to earlier reports from Roane, a call came in around 5:15 stating a vehicle had caught fire and the blaze spread to the facilities and buildings. Departments from three counties were called for mutual aid; Roane, Jackson and Calhoun.
