The following indictments were returned by the Calhoun County Grand Jury on May 3, 2022:
1. Christopher Mark Sampson – Possession with Intent to Deliver Methamepthimine and Conspiracy to Commit a Violation of Chapter 60A
2. Christopher Daniel Mason – Conspiracy to Commit a Felony
3. Kia Shavonne Mason – Attempt to Commit a Felony and Conspiracy to Commit a Felony
4. Isaac Charles Grounds – Fleeing with Reckless Indifference
5. William Thomas Abicht – Malicious Wounding, Strangulation, Domestic Battery (Second Offense), and Possession of a Firearm by a Prohibited Person.
6. Dylan Paul Little – Receiving or Transferring Stolen Goods and Conspiracy to Commit a Felony.
7. David Paul Little – Conspiracy to Commit a Felony.
8. Amanda Louise Testerman – Grand Larceny.
9. Robert Scott Carpenter – Willful Injury to Timber.
Arraignments for the accused have been set for May 12, 2022
