Calhoun Youth Cheerleaders traveled to Ritchie County High School on Sunday October 29th for their LKC Cheer competition. The girls prepared for this event all season and all performed really well. All 4 teams did an awesome job with their routine and represented their county very well.
Calhouns B team was able to walk away with 3rd place in their division.

Randall John “Randy” Harold, 69, of Chloe, W.Va., died Friday, August 2, 2024, at home, after an extended battle with cancer. He was born July 7, 1955, at Spencer, W.Va., the son of Dixie L. After a very disappointing year last year, the Calhoun County Park Board had made the difficult decision to take this year off and reorganize the format of the Christmas light show next year.
