Charlie is a 3-4 year old lab that was being fostered in Calhoun County but because of the foster family having extenuating circumstances he had to be returned to the Ritchie County Animal Shelter. The Foster mom said that Charlie really needs a family. He is very well behaved and knows the commands of sit, shake, treat, and wait. He’s been kept inside and is not a dog that can be around chickens.

The Shelter is located at 2220 Pullman Ave in Harrisville, WV and could always use adoptive pet parents, or concerned animal lovers who would like to walk the animals and offer them some time with new people.
