Students attending Summer Camp activities for Calhoun Middle High School students the week of July 5th through July 8th had multiple hands on learning opportunities through local field trips and guests that attended their camp.
Arts and Crafts were taught by Patty Haught who taught the students:
- Canvas Painting
- Tie-Dye T-Shirts
- Water Bottle Lighting Bugs
- Pool Noodle Monsters
Culinary l weekly overview was foods of the United Tastes of America:
- Tuesday (American Breakfasts) : eggs, sausage, hash browns, and biscuits all homemade.
- Wednesday (WV Day) : Hot Dogs, Sause, apple cider vinegar slaw, and brown beans.
- Thursday (Memphis Style Cooking) : Pulled Pork Sandwiches, Baked Beans, and mac and cheese.
- Friday (Happy Birthday America) : Birthday Cake and Pepperoni Rolls.
Hunter Safety class was provided and everyone Passed!
