Valarie Cook, age 27, of Grantsville was arrested on February 18th, 2025 for a bond violation regarding two 2024 cases.
Cook was charged with Creating an Open Dump and Failure to Have Waste Disposal on October 15th, 2024 by Natural Resources Police Sergeant C.R. Stephens as well as being charged with Petit Lareny on November 16th, 2024 by Deputy H.M. Stephens.
Having violated the conditions of a bond placed upon her in those cases, Ms. Cook was arrested and taken to the central Regional Jail on February 18th, 2025. She has a hearing in the Magistrate Court of Calhoun County on Thursday, February 20th, 2025 at 1:30 p.m.
