The citizens of Calhoun County have an excellent opportunity for recreational activities at the Calhoun County Park. Healthy, fat trout can be stocked this spring at the park for anglers to enjoy. A fisherman’s drag can zing with delight as a brood trout tugs at his line.
The goal is to stock three ponds with 500 pounds of trout, many of which will be above two pounds in weight. Hopefully, this can happen as soon as we meet our monetary goal of $2000. Currently, we have $515 in donations.
