According to a Criminal Complaint filed by West Virginia State Trooper Brian E. Young, Hannah Beckett, age 26 with Brandon Burdette, age 25 allegedly broke into the home of Larry Given on Rush Run Road, Millstone, West Virginia.
On August 15, 2022, Mr. Given left his home at 6 a.m. to go to work, and upon returning Shelia Vandale on Steel Hollow Road in Spencer, WV. He went there to pick up his child that he shares with Hannah Beckett. At that time he discovered in the residence of Shelia Vandale several of the items that had been taken from his residence. Among the items found was the box that the Smith & Wesson gun was kept in, but the box was empty.
Upon questioning Shelia Vandale she stated that the items in question had been brought to her home by the accused.
Hannah Beckett is currently being held on $60,000 bond in the West Virginia Central Regional Jail on the following charges: Burglary, Conspiracy and Grand Larceny. She is also being held on a $10,000 bond for Roane County where she is accused of “Unauthorized use of an access device, Possession of Controlled Substance, Domestic Assault, Domestic Battery and DUI.” She is also facing parole violations.
Brandon Burdette is being held on $60,000 bond for “Grand Larceny, Burglary and Conspiracy.”
