GLENVILLE, WV – Glenville State University students and staff marked the first day of spring 2023 semester classes on Monday, January 9.

“I am very excited to begin this new semester here at Glenville State. While calendars tell us it is still winter, this is the spring semester and spring brings a renewal of sorts. This gives us all an opportunity to revive our energy – our students toward their studies, our faculty toward educating those students, and our staff and administrators toward supporting and guiding the institution. We have several great projects in the planning stages that we hope to see progress in this new year and it really is an exciting time to be a Glenville State Pioneer,” said Glenville State University President, Dr. Mark A. Manchin.
