Grand Jury Returns 8 Indictments

The Office of Prosecuting Attorney Michael Hicks released the following information regarding Grand Jury held on Wednesday, January 15th, 2025 in the Court of Judge Anita Harold Ashley. Indictments were returned for:

1. Darren Parsons- 25-F-1, Fleeing in vehicle with Reckless Indifference, (Felony), Fleeing in a Vehicle while DUI (Felony), Driving without Valid Driver’s License (2nd Offense) (misdemeanor)
2. Darren Parsons- 25-F-2, Fleeing in vehicle with Reckless Indifference, (Felony), Reckless Driving (misdemeanor), Driving without Valid Driver’s License (2nd Offense) (misdemeanor) x2, Defective equipment (misd) x2
3. Darren Parsons 25-F-3– Grand Larceny (felony)
4. Timothy Tallhammer 25-F-4– Driving on a revoked License for DUI-3rd (felony)
5. Justin Bordas 25-F-5 –  Fleeing in vehicle with Reckless Indifference, (Felony), Battery on a LEO (misde)
6. Michael Richards 25-F-6– Poss of stolen Vehicle (felony)
7. Nathan Bush 25-F-7– Poss of a Firearm by a prohibited person (felony)
8. Scott Butler 25-F-8–  Destruction of Prop (felony), Attempt to commit Burglary (felony)
