4. Joseph Alan Lamp (Ripley) – Solicitation of a Minor via Computer, Distribution and Display of Obscene Material, Use of Obscene Material to Seduce a Minor.
5. Thomas Leon Clover (Orma) – Neglect of an Incapacitated Person Causing Bodily Injury.
6. Brandon Michael Tallhammer (Mount Zion) – Fleeing in a Vehicle with Reckless Indifference.
7. Jesse Brent Roberts (Big Springs) – Possession of a Stolen Vehicle, Grand Larceny.
8. Jimmy Dawson Spaur (Arnoldsburg) – Sexual Assault in the Second Degree
9. Tony McCune (Arnoldsburg) – Sexual Assault in the First Degree
10. Rickie Scruton (Grantsville) – Incest
11. Keith Allen Lamp (Grantsville) – Fleeing while DUI, Concealed Weapon by a Prohibited Person, Prohibited Person in Possession of a Firearm, False evidences, forgery, etc., of title and registration, Possession of a Controlled Substance.
12. Phillips Jean Giles Robinson (Upper Marlboro, MD) – Attempt to Commit a Felony, Conspiracy to Commit a Felony.
13. Karen Yvonne Henderson – (District Heights, MD) – Conspiracy to Commit a Felony.
