You can almost hear the children’s laughter coming from the Pool Site as the measuring stakes are being driven into the ground by 1982 Foundation’s Construction team. You can almost feel the strength from those that are recovering from addiction who will discover a program of support in the old bus garage. Future babies are singing the ABC song on the Daycare and Headstart site, Business profits are ringing the registers in the now National Historical Site of Calhoun County High School and the businesses that will be grown there. As Teresa Overton of the 1982 Foundation said, “It’s Getting Real!”
