Larry Robert Joseph was arrested on December 1, 2022 after having tested positive for alcohol at his most recent drug/alcohol screen as part of his probation. He is facing a sanction of up to 120 days, following a 45 day sanction of Home Confinement that he was sentenced to in November 2022 by Judge Anita Ashley.
Joseph is currently being held in the West Virginia Regional Jail without bond.
