CHARLESTON, WV — Gov. Jim Justice has announced the Rural Hospitals Grant Program, which will supply $40 million of funds to enhance healthcare services in West Virginia. The money will allow rural hospitals to undertake important projects, including building upgrades, equipment purchases, and improvements in patient care. Mayor Robert Petrovsky called the Grantsville Town Council meeting to order shortly after 6 p.m. on Monday night, even without electricity in the City Building.
