Rebecca Keener, age 38, was arrested July 2, 2022 on 5 counts of Fraudulent use of an access device as well as an 8 count Bond Revocation charge in case numbers 22-M07F000029-00032 and 22-M07M-00390-00397. She’s being held at the WV Central Regional Jail on $50,000 cash or surety bond.
The state code reads on the aforementioned charge that an “Access device” means any card, plate, code, account number, or other means of account access that can be used, alone or in conjunction with another access device, to obtain money, goods, services, or any other thing of value, or that can be used to initiate a transfer of funds (other than a transfer originated solely by paper instrument)
