Loretta Smith was sworn in by Judge Anita Harold Ashley, Judge of the 5th Judicial Circuit on Monday, March 28, 2022. Loretta will be stationed in all Calhoun County Schools as the 5th Circuit, School Based Probation Officer. In that position she’ll be working with students/families to correct truancy, behavioral issues and educational neglect. She will also be housed in the Calhoun County Courthouse.

Is that not the same Mabel Loretta Casto Smith that, along with Crystal Kendal and Joyce Underwood, departed the Grantsville DHHR office in 2019 under suspicious circumstances, and later went to work for Calhoun County Schools?
