McCumbers Sworn in as Commissioner

Jacob McCumbers was officially sworn in as the newest Calhoun County Commissioner, elected for the unexpired term, on Thursday, November 21st, 2024.

Brenda Ball, Deputy Clerk, administered the oath of office for County Clerk Jean Simers, who is recovering from a recent surgery.

For the month of December the Calhoun County Commission will be comprised of President and Republican Craig Arthur, outgoing Democrat Kevin Helmick and Democrat Jacob McCumbers. Republican Eric Lupardus will be sworn in for 2025.
