CHARLESTON – The Public Service Commission of West Virginia has revised its evidentiary hearing date for a case involving Mountaineer Gas Co.
The Commission has determined it needs only one day of hearings in the case filed by the gas company in July for a $6.5 million increase in its infrastructure replacement and expansion program.
The hearing now is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. Nov. 28 at the PSC headquarters in Charleston.
