New Royalty Reigns for West Virginia Molasses Festival

Twenty-two young ladies stood before the judges of the 2022 WV Molasses Festival on Saturday, August 20th vying for five separate titles.

Vying for the title of Jr. Miss was Lyla Bumgarner, Kenlie Jarvis, Taylor Parsons and Elynn Wyer.

The Jr. Miss title was won by nine year Elynn Wyer.

Vying for the title of Pre-Teen was Alexis Arthur, Adelyn Bumgarner, Madison Cutright, Kenna Marple, Camry Parson, Olivia Poole, and Josie Richards.

Vying for the Title of Molasses Festival Teen were Lauren Lovejoy, Peyten McKown Kyla Myer and Addison Rexroad.

The ladies competing for the title of Molasses Festival Queen were Jackie Cheuvront, Kaylee Criner Natalie Donohew, Jesslyn McCaslin, Tamiya Miller, Lindsey Schoolcraft, Alexandria Spiker, and Apphia Welker.

Jaime Deruiter and Clarissa Keiffer competed for the title of Ms. Molasses Festival.

All girls were voted on by those attending the pageant for the People Choice Award. That title was son by Josie Richards.
