Orma Almeda Stump, 102, of Parkersburg, WV, passed away June 10, 2024, at Wyngate Senior Living Community, Parkersburg, WV.
She was born October 26, 1921, in Flushing, Ohio, a daughter of the late Carl and Almeda Riddle Bell.
Orma moved to West Virginia, where she met and married her husband George C. Stump.
Orma was a friendly, caring, kind, and loving person to all she met. She was a devout member of the church, she enjoyed volunteer work, needle point, crocheting, gardening, and dancing.
Above all, Orma loved her family. she is survived by loving cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great-nieces, great-great-nephews, and in-laws.
A funeral service will be held at Stump Funeral Home & Cremation, Inc., Grantsville, WV, on Saturday, June 22, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m-1:00 p.m. Interment will be in Bethlehem Cemetery. Online condolences may be expressed at www.stumpfuneralhomes.com
