Pleasant Hill Public Service District repaired the Ritchie County section of line this afternoon that has had customers in the Smithville area without water for several days. Once the line was put together and filled it maintained pressure for a short period of time and then blew apart again. The field crews will begin the repair again tomorrow. The Pleasant Hill PSD customers who still have service are on a boiled water advisory until further notice.

Calhoun Control dispatched the Arnoldsburg Volunteer Fire Department, Calhoun EMS, Westfall’s Wrecker Service and the Calhoun Sheriff’s Department to a single vehicle accident on Altizer Road, Arnoldsburg on Thursday Evening. Russett Accident Hospitalizes One
