The Pleasant Hill Public Service District Board met in the Town of Grantsville Board Room for their regularly monthly November Meeting. Remaining Board members Tammy Yoak, President and Allen Dawson approved the prior months meeting minutes and discussed who would become Treasurer in the place of recently resigning member Eric Cain. Allen Dawson agreed and the two unanimously voted to appoint him as Treasurer. The next matter of business with that regard is to get signatures on file at Calhoun County Bank.
Discussion of water projects was stalled due to MOVRC staff being unavailable to attend the meeting.
PSD Operator Jacob Bunner reported to the Board that the hydrants on the system were flushed and it was discovered that there were a few in need of repairs. However, he did not want to repair those without first having had training on how to do it, which Stephanie Good, PSD Office Manager, said she would locate and schedule a class for him as soon as possible.
The PSD Board continues to work on a handbook for their organization by looking at like organizations to determine what the handbook should consist of.
There were no personnel matters, and the meeting was adjourned following the approval of expenditures.
