Christopher Lee Remele was sentenced to six months in the regional jail upon his conviction for possession of a controlled substance. Mr. Remele was originally sentenced to a term of probation. Subsequently, Mr. Remele was found to have violated the terms and conditions of said probation and the instant sentence was imposed.
