Satterfield Sentenced to One Year For Destruction of Property

Jody Alan Satterfield appeared in the Calhoun County Magistrate Court on October 12, 2022 where he was sentenced to one year in the WV Central Regional jail for the misdemeanor offense of destruction of property.

He had previously plead guilty on September 6th in the Wood County Magistrate Court to charges of shoplifting, fleeing and obstruction. He was fined $530.75. He was ordered to pay a $50 civil penalty to the Sheetz store on 7th Street in Parkersburg. He was also sentenced to 30 days in jail. He was sentenced to an additional 7 days in jail that was ruled as time served.
