Smith Returned to WVCRJ After Failing to Comply to a Court Order

Jason Bradley Smith is scheduled for a hearing on the State’s Motion to Revoke Probation on Nov 1, 2023 at 10:15 a.m. in the Circuit Court of Calhoun before Judge Anita Ashley.

He was returned to the WV Central Regional jail on October 11, 2023, when he failed to complete the program at St. Joe’s Recovery Center which was ordered by the Calhoun Circuit Court in Case 22F3.

Crystal Mersh, of Arnoldsburg, West Virginia, Lee District, filed for the open Board Member position within the Calhoun County Board of Education.
