Amended Complaint Filed on Bryan Duskey

The Office of the Prosecuting Attorney will be filing an amended criminal complaint this morning to upgrade the charges against Bryan J. Duskey. Mr. Duskey recently wrecked a black Mitsubishi that near Sassafras.  The amended complaint will charge Mr. Duskey with Second Offense DUI, Second Offense Reckless Driving, and No Insurance.  See original story below:

WV State Police release details of overnight Accident and Arrest

At approximately 1 a.m. Calhoun Control dispatched Arnoldsburg Volunteer Fire Department, WV State Police and the Calhoun EMS to a single vehicle accident on Altizer Road.
