Gov. Justice: West Virginia will send surplus body armor to Ukraine
CHARLESTON, WV – Gov. Jim Justice has directed the West Virginia National Guard and the Department of Homeland Security to help Ukraine by enlisting West Virginia law enforcement to donate surplus body armor.
