The Mt. Zion Public Service district has a line break in the area between Family Dollar and the Y in Arnoldsburg. Please use caution when driving in that area. Pleasant Hill Public Service District repaired the Ritchie County section of line this afternoon that has had customers in the Smithville area without water for several days. Once the line was put together and filled it maintained pressure for a short period of time and then blew apart again. The field crews will begin the Read More…
The Pleasant Hill Public Service District continues to look for the cause of severe water loss in their Ritchie County area. They have enlisted the help of the West Virginia Public Service Commission who provide staff with leak location experience and tools to assist the field crews. Karen Shreve advised that there is now water to Barkers Store and the valve to town will be opened shortly. Those still without water will be in Beatrice and homes toward Alfab.
