A Criminal complaint filed by Trooper Brian Young on October 20th, 2022 stated that on that same date he had observed a black Ford Mustang driving south on WV 16 near Orma, WV without an inspection sticker and an expired registration. Following a traffic stop the driver of the vehicle, Timothy Tallhammer, was asked to provide his license, registration and insurance but could only provide his drivers license. Officer Young requested that his license be ran through WVSP dispatch which stated that the accused had an active revocation for DUI with an effective date of 10/06/2020. His driving record showed a conviction date in Lewis county for 10/4/2012, and Calhoun on 10/22/2016 and 11/25/18. He was then placed under arrest.
