Trooper Brian Young was the investigating officer for a two car signal six (traffic accident) at around 5 p.m. in the 6400 block of Route 5 West Little Kanawha Highway. Bonnie Lemley was driving a silver Kia when she went to pull out of the way of a Cairo Ambulance that came up behind her as she was traveling east. The ambulance was not running lights but she wanted to free the road for them. She pulled across the west bound lane and struck Crystal Toney who was driving a Chevrolet Cruze. Toney attempted to miss her but the two cars collided on the passenger sides. No citations were written.
